update: 
* uploading a backup: not working, throwing a javascript message with
error code AG101 -  no indication of an error on CLI
* uploading a voice menu prompt:  not working, throwing a javascript
message with error code AG101 -  no indication of an error on CLI
* uploading a moh file: message appears "sound file uploaded" but the file
is not being uploaded anyway. the screen reloads and the MOH "start window"
- the one where it says "Select a MOH class name..." -  is displayed again.
no indication of an error on the CLI, not even the upload command is
visible.
