Summary: Asterisk 1.6.1.6 segfaults with Asterisk-GUI 2.0
rev. 4986
Description:
What I did is upgrading from Asterisk 1.4.22.2 to Asterisk 1.6.1.6. Before
that, Asterisk-GUI was working just fine.
The Asterisk-GUI is SVN Rev. 4986 (most current). Asterisk is listening on
the default port 8088, a netstat -l is confirming this.

Everytime I access the GUI by http://myip:8088/static/config/index.html,
the asterisk process crashes with a core dump.

Update 14.10.2009:
I figured it works just fine without any coredumps as long as the
compiler flag "LOW_MEMORY" is disabled.
