Summary:                    how to support DTMF type caller id on FXO port?
Description: 
We are using in Taiwan, and the problem we meet is Asterisk with Digium FXO
card default is FSK type caller id.

how can I adjust it to DTMF type? is there any patch or need upgrade
version?
