Summary: [patch] silent 'ringing' for branched calls
Description:
Hi,
branched calls stop ringing, if one of the called parties sends session
progress.
asterisk indicates session progress back to the caller, but does not pass
audio to it. in some sip-clients this results in silence.

I'd like to test and verify that this patch solves the issue, but haven't
been able to reproduce the problem. What is your peer configuration? I'm
seeing after the 183 is received that ringing continues.
