Summary:                    blf not working on aastra 57i/grandstream
Description: 
i have 1.4.26 and 1.6.0.15 with the same configuration
BLF on 1.4 works ok. 
on 1.6 i have problem with first notify packet.

in the notify packet(dialog section) is <state>early</state> (LEDs
blinking) and any other NOTIFY packet is sent. this mean i have blinking
LEDs on aastra until some NOTIFY packet arrive
