__ast_queue_frame: Exceptionally long voice queue length queuing to Local
Description: 
Since upgrading to 1.4 SVN 206273 I see LOTS these errors when paging or
when calls are processed by app_queue.  When I see the messages during a
page I don't hear any paging (my Polycom phones continue to ring but no
paging audio).

I have no idea where the message is coming from how to reproduce, or
collect debug information for this specific issue.  I need help to find
root cause.
I think it could be caused by locking in autoservice since I see this lock
every time I see the warning message

I tested last patch few times on 1.6.1 branch, and since i got identical
backtraces i posted one of them here and reverted, since those were more
often than previous crashes.

However, somehow I stopped getting those crashes (currently using
1.6.1.6), maybe it's the same reason as for aragon. Other significant
things I've done could be:
* removing res_timing_pthread (which isn't present on 1.4), 
* totally avoiding usage of "core show channels" and somehow avoiding
"queue show", 
* suppressing logger flood by my own patch
(https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=15973), 
* and updating func_lock with latest patches (as in SVN)
