hello,

as highlighted by bug https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=15917 html errors
can be problematic.

So i've fired up weblint (package is weblint-perl on debian) and runned it
against asterisk gui:

weblint --nohelper --nofluff config/*.html | grep -v hyperlink | grep -v
blank\.html | grep -v digital\.html

So i'm attaching a completely untested patch which resolves all the errors
it reports. I haven't studied how asterisk-gui works so maybe some of the
errors are "fixed" at runtime poking the dom with javascript. Please
review.
