Description: 
Looking at q931.c it only has dump_called_party_subaddr
it's missing receive_called_party_subaddr, transmit_called_party_subaddr,
and associated pri_call changes. Maybe more...

The Telecom Specs in NZ suggests that SUB ADDRESS is always on, so doing
"desk to desk" between offices each with an asterisk box over the ISDN
should then be possible, without a whole load of DDI numbers required.

Is there any work beinging done for this?

Please remove libpri_subaddr_trunk.diff4.txt and
asterisk_subaddr_trunk.diff4.txt files.

libpri_subaddr_trunk.diff5.txt:
  The subaddress.data and length now using memcopy.
  added helper function q931_copy_party_subaddress_to_pri

asterisk_subaddr_trunk.diff5.txt:
  pri_sr_set_calling_subaddress now working, and going out over the ISDN.
  added helper function sig_pri_party_subaddress_from_ast

  pri_sr_set_called_subaddress to do.
  funcs/func_callerid.c needs to be finished off.
  hex to bcd yet to do.

dahdi_call has debug message, as I had trouble finding where the
calling-subaddress was stored. I would have thought ast->cid.subaddress.str
but it's in ast->connected.id.subaddress.str.??
