Summary:                    reinvites fail when sdp-session does not increment
Description: 
Hi,

revision 227759 introduced a change in asterisk's behavior if sdpversion
in a sip-session does not increment. Before that change, asterisk simply
ignored the sdp in this case. Now, asterisk responds with "488 Not
acceptable here" and the call get's dropped. As some sip-clients have a
problem incrementing the sdp-version in their reinvites, I guess reverting
to the old behavior would be good.
