Summary:                    When placing an external SIP trunk caller on hold,
no music on hold audio is heard
Description: 
I have tested two different SIP trunk providers and when putting an outside
caller on hold from my Snom 360 the outside caller cannot hear any Music On
Hold.
Downgrading to Asterisk 1.4.24 fixes the problem.

In the capture I have anonymized some public IP addresses and phone numbers
to keep that info private.
