Summary: Two odd error messages on BRI PtMP lines
Description:
I am running libpri-1.4.9 in a production environment. I notice the
following in the logs, apparently at random.

I also get the "XXX Message longer than it should be?? XXX" error on
outgoing calls.
The result in my case is that the call has disposition NO ANSWER and
billsec 0 in the CDR, even if it was completed and had billable seconds.
Some random disconnects seem to occur as well however I am not 100%
certain that they are related.
I am waiting for some debug output which I will post here in case it
helps.
I am using Asterisk 1.6.1.9,libpri 1.4.10.2, dahdi 2.2.0.2 on Centos 5.3.
Hardware is a B410P (BRI PtMP) and a rhino r4t1 (connected to channel banks
for FXS only).
This also happens when a sip phone dials out on the B410p.
