Summary:                    hint not updated correctly on outgoing SIP calls
Description: 
During an outbound SIP call, "sip show inuse" shows jstapleton_6757i "In
use"; however, "core show hints" shows idle.

Inbound SIP calls update hint to "InUse" correctly.  

Inbound and outbound IAX calls update hint to "InUse" correctly.
