Summary: Call files produces "NO ANSWER" record
Description:
This is related to the bug 0014167. When call file makes an outgoing call,
the CDR entry is marked as "NO ANSWER" even when the call is answered. I
applied the patch from bug 0014167 to 1.6.1.9, and it does fix the issue.
The patch can't be applied directly, but the idea is the same.
