Description: 
going back to 2.1.0.4 and the problem is gone. 

this issue was reported by alecdavid in 0015498 and it is NOT fixed and
should not have been merged into 2.2.0.2.

What version of firmware image should I be expecting /var/log/syslog
below.
This was only a dahdi unload then reload.
Echo is now present again :-(
