Summary:                    Asterisk 1.6.0.13 Asterisk crashes when running
dialplan app macro on a macro that does not exist.
Description: 
I see this issue running 1.6.0.13 with asterisk addons 1.6.0.3 with
realtime extensions configured. This is a problem as a typo in an extension
can cause a crash. See CLI output below.

We have replicated the bug on 1.6.0.13. We have not tried later versions as
this is a production system.
