Description: 
When spooling a lot of calls through pbx_spool, Asterisk sometimes starts
to fail:

    -- Attempting call on Local/8006772943 at did-dial for
8006772943 at did-out:1 (Retry 1)

I'm dropping this from major to minor as it isn't clear what the issue is
really here. I see the WARNING and NOTICE, but there isn't any additional
information about how this was produced, what happens when the notice and
warning messages come up, or any backtrace when this happens, or other
useful information.
