Summary: Crash in SQLAllocHandle
Description:
I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the crash but at the time of
this call going out that caused the crash according to the back trace, I
was conferencing two lines and hit transfer to release the two people on
the conference. I have done this before and it lets the two people continue
to conference while the phone that started the conference leaves and the
phone is freed up to make or receive other calls.
