Summary:                    AgentComplete event sent as soon as call is answered
in call to queue through local channel
Description: 
A call comes in from ISDN and then redirected to a queue by an 
AGI script that calls Dial to a local channel.

When an agent takes the call an AgentConnect and AgentComplete event
is sent at the same time and talk_time is 0. However, the call is
not hungup until minutes later.

The member status is also changed to Not Inuse

It happens in 1.4.26, but I also tested 1.4.27-rc2
