Summary:                    Wrong cause value for 'answered elsewhere'
Description: 
include/asterisk/causes.h:

Someone invented cause 200 for
AST_CAUSE_ANSWERED_ELSEWHERE
changing this to the official value of 26 makes the feature work
for all ISDN interfaces as well, instead of SIP only.
