Summary:                    [patch] Issue a warning, if trying to run gosub
outside dialplan
Description: 
If putting GoSub in features.conf, there is no message explaining why it
can't be used, it just fails silently.

This patch should fix it.

This patch, unfortunately, will generate a warning when you try to run a
Gosub on the callee channel in both Dial and Queue, because the Gosub app
is run prior to starting the PBX.  Therefore, you'd need to handle those
cases (and any other similar cases) before I could see committing this.
