Description:
Make it easier to work with pure javascript Asterisk managers. Just adding
another option.

In consulting with rbrindley, the issue came up concerning the reason for
using JSON in the first place. It would seem that JSON would be used when
less output is desired. Would it be ok to just return the var=val stuff, to
cut down on the parsing? Or is there some other reason for doing it this
way? Thanks!
