Summary:                    Do SMS receiving and sending in PDU mode to allow
use of localized messages (UCS-2BE for example)
Description: 
I've made some coding/patching of Asterisk 1.4 backport of chan_mobile.
Now I have SMS for both directions in PDU mode with encoding conversion
to/from UTF-8 on Motorola L6.
Have dropped audio connection issue while SMS received during a voice
call, maybe there is a need to extend the state machine to shift incoming
SMS processing to the end of voice call - this may be the simpliest way to
solve.

Also fixed mobile reconnection when remote party on mobile hangs up
first.

There are still two big problems:
1. DISA/IVR doesn't work - packet syncronization issue I think - haven't
digged it yet.
2. Noticeable incoming audio delay when call originated through the
mobile; there is no delay if call is received by mobile.
