I'm not entirely convinced this is necessary.  There is an acknowledgment
message that is sent before the list of channels, and a
CoreShowChannelsComplete event is sent at the end of the list of the
channels.  Both of those messages contain the ActionID.  Why is it needed
on each 'CoreShowChannel' message as well?
