Summary: Unknown IE when CallerID prohibited
Description:
It would appear that we get an Unknown IE of 240 sometimes (BRI, PtP,
EuroISDN) and I think it is when the caller has hidden their callerid. See
pri intense debug below.

Anyone care to suggest what is happening here?

I have a site that cannot get calls from a particular caller. The caller
can get through to another site using an identical card and identical s/w
version, but when they call this site the message length is 1 too large.
What is really weird is that all other people can call this site OK it's
just this caller who happens to have their CallerID hidden, but I can't see
that's relevant.

Frame from problem caller to site is:
[ 02 ff 03 08 01 01 05 a1 04 03 80 90 a3 18 01 89 6c 02 00 a3 70 07 81 38
36 36 36 36 38 3f ]
where the 3f at the end is garbage.
Note: 3 byte header unnumbered message TEI 127 before the 08 procotol
byte
Frame from problem caller to another site which works is:
[ 02 01 16 92 08 01 01 05 a1 04 03 80 90 a3 18 01 89 6c 02 00 a3 70 07 81
38 36 32 34 37 33 ]
Note: 4 byte header numbered informational message
Frame from another (working) caller to site is
02 ff 03 08 01 01 05 a1 04 03 90 90 a3 18 01 89 1e 02 85 83 6c 0c 21 83 31
32 39 31 36 34 32 30 34 30 70 07 81 38 36 36 36 36 38 ]
Same 3 byte unnumbered format, only main difference is that CallerID is
sent.

Any suggestions?
