Summary:                    Provide working demo users for ldap/realtime
backend.
Description: 
The distributed file doc/ldap.txt does not have accurate information
according to the schema distributed in
contrib/scripts/asterisk.ldap-schema. For instance in the doc/ldap.txt file
a "objectClass: AstAccountSIP" is specified, but it does not exist in the
schema!

It would be good to include a working ldif that we can apply to our
openldap that would create a few test users to help us get started with
configuring the ldap backend users.

I have successfully imported the schema, but I can't seem to successfully
create the user trees similar to below. (using the correct objects as
defined in the schema of course.)
