Summary: Abandoned queue calls won't show on CDR
Description:
if I make a call to a queue and the call is abandoned, the call doesn't
show on CDR, this make the CDR inconsistent to match to queue_log or any
other carrier CDR or other platform CDR.

If the system answers the call, then unanswered=no is fine. Also in that
case there should be no problems with the CDR. Test with unanswered=yes
and see if you get the records you expect to have.
Also test with SVN 1.4 and with the patch from issue
https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=12946.
