Summary:                    Abandoned queue calls won't show on CDR
Description: 
if I make a call to a queue and the call is abandoned, the call doesn't
show on CDR, this make the CDR inconsistent to match to queue_log or any
other carrier CDR or other platform CDR.

I tested those two cases with and without the patch from issue
https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=12946. 
Without the patch there was no CDR record for 1 and there were two records
for 2.  With the patch there is one CDR record for each.

Are you testing with unanswered=yes?
