Summary:                    Errors on manager.c when DEBUG_THREADS is enabled
Description: 
Trying to get more info on 15143 I've compiled Asterisk with DEBUG_THREADS
and saw the attached errors generated by the Manager Interface. 

We have a custom app that uses getvar quite often, but everything seems to
work ok.
