Summary: [patch] Fails building on HURD
Description:
When trying to build libpri on a HURD system I get:

/sbin/ldconfig .
/sbin/ldconfig: relative path `.' used to build cache
make: *** [libpri.so.1.4] Error 1

This is becasue the option -n is missing from ldconfig. Which in turn is
because OSARCH gets the value GNU.

Attached a patch for SVN. Also applies on 1.4.10 .
