Description: 
Asterisk sends a 482 Loop Detected upon receiving a presumably valid
re-INVITE.  Pedantic is enabled globally in sip.conf.

Seems to work for me! I could reproduce about 1-2 times per 10 calls, and
after patching and testing with about 30+ calls, I have not seen the issue
happen at all.

I am also seeing the audio issues that Mark is talking about, but that is
a separate issue as he stated. I was also getting it prior to the patch. Do
we need to open a new issue for that?
