Summary:                    Recordings out of sync when using chanspy
Description: 
Inbound and outbound tracks will get out of sync by several seconds when a
call is monitored using chanspy.

We haven't tried 1.4.24 yet (the DTMF broken issues are worse for us than
what was fixed) but in 1.4.23.2 the delay issue is only there when
monitoring in chan_spy and it is a minor issue, at worst.  Recordings
remain synced throughout.
