Summary:                    Override Early Media
Description: 
when i used dial( ,m) with m option ,asterisk will send the call to my
softswitch and let the user hears MOH and this part is working normaly.

The bug is  if the called number is out of reach and  have voicemail from
his GSM opertator 
the caller will not hear the early media that cames from softswitch (GSM
Provider) because already startted MOH(early media ) and will end the call
with no information about the caller status.
what i want to do is to override the second early media (183 with sdp) 
that comes from my softswitch and let the caller hear it ,in order to
complete the recording of the voice mail and complete the call.
