Summary:                    Asynchronous Javascript Asterisk Manager (AJAM) ,
not able to log in in internet explorer
Description: 
There is a bug in Asynchronous Javascript Asterisk Manager (AJAM),as it is
not allow to log in through Internet explorer.
it throw a javascript error on browsing the page, and when we enter
username and secret it throw same error.
the error is 
"the astmanEngine is not defined"

I've committed this fix to the 1.4 branch as I was able to duplicate the
problem and resolve it.  If you are still having problems after updated,
feel free to reopen this issue.
