Description: 
i have one cdr via dbc true work for lower version but after upgrade
alwayse see :
ERROR[9823]: cdr_odbc.c:133 odbc_log: Unable to retrieve database handle. 
CDR failed.

t database and odbc is ok and true work but seems cdr odbc driver us buggy

attachment comment : i test cdr_odbc  with and without  username&password
the same as UPGRADE-1.6.txt  but no any change
