When I change sip transport protocol order, eg. udp,tcp -> tcp,udp and do
'sip reload' asterisk locks or crash

Sorry my last patch didn't fully resolve the issue. Thanks for the bt and
gdb info, would it be possible to get a packet capture as well as debug
output of when this is happening?
