Summary:                    [patch] Asterisk Addons 1.6.1.0 does not always
honor DESTDIR
Description: 
When installing asterisk-addons-1.6.1.0, the DESTDIR parameter is not used
when installing the XML Documentation.  The causes non-privileged
build/installs to fail with the user unable to write to the directory.
