Echo cancellation is not working when hpec is selected. dahdi initializes
properly, license is verified and everything is ok. When making placing a
call however, I get horrible echo which I did not get before switching from
zaptel/asterisk 1.4.21 to dahdi/asterisk 1.4.24. Debugging got me this:

This issue with HPEC will have to go through support at digium.com since its
a supported product by digium.
