Summary: Adaptive jitter buffer and Zoiper DTMF problem
Description:
If the adaptive jitter buffer is enabled, problems are experienced with the
Zoiper client.
When DTMF events are sent, the jitter buffer becomes confused and starts
increasing the buffer size. If DTMF events continue to be sent then the
buffer reaches it's maximum defined size and audio sounds broken up to the
caller. After a few seconds of no DTMF events being sent the jitter buffer
shrinks and audio is OK again.
