Summary: music on hold outputs no sound on incoming calls
(using sip) but it works when the call is put hold
Description:
I've seen a lot of examples where I can set default music on hold class
and then after answer wait a bit or use the deprecated WaitMusicOnOld
I call from a pstn phone to a sip provider (eutelia/italy)
asterisk says "starting music on hold" without errors but I hear nothing
but if I park the call or I reply with a client and then put on hold it
works fine
I'm doing something wrong? it's supposed to behave this way?
same with svn

We're going to need much more information in order to be able to figure
this out. Complete console output, musiconhold.conf file, whether you have
dahdi hardware or dahdi_dummy, whether internal_timing is set in
asterisk.conf or not. The type of sound files you are using would also be
helpful and SIP debug.
