Summary:                    Asterisk Crashes when typing 'remove extension' and
using the tab key in CLI
Description: 
on all 1.4 versions

when you connect to asterisk with rasterisk or asterisk -r

when typing 'remove extension' and then you press tab to see what options
you got asterisk crashes.

I wasn't able to really debug this issue

i guess its one small minor issue but since it crashes your box it isn't
so minor.
