Summary:                    [patch] missing DESTDIR in addons install-xmldoc
Description: 
installing latest asterisk-addons to a DESTDIR fails as the target
install-xmldoc installs directly under the main root.

Furthermore, when installing to a DESTDIR, I can't assume that the
directory will exist.

A trivial patch is attached (against 1.6.1-rc2, but it seems to be the
same as in current trunk)
