Inbound and outbound tracks will get out of sync by several seconds when a
call is monitored using chanspy.

An update, Trying Local//n channels and using whisper mode did not make a
difference in my tests. After 10 minutes, the audio reaches both the other
party on the bridge and the spy at the same time.
