Description: 
This is a place holder for tracking any outstanding issues with the
iCalendar integration in Asterisk.

Currently the iCalendar integration is in a branch available here:

Suggestions:

* make the 'refresh' and 'timeframe' options either both minutes, or both
seconds. Using two different resolutions is a bit confusing.

* would it be possible to make CALENDAR_QUERY_RESULT() return all values
(for a single 'row') when not specifying the field? You could then assign
all that information to a HASH() or an ARRAY(), just like func_odbc.
