Summary:                    mixmonitor crash
Description: 
Hi we are having constant crashes with mixmonitor and the use of Local
channels  (Forward button on Polycom phones). We are using 1.4.23 and would
like to know if its a new bug or if its repaired in 1.4.24? We could not
find an issue # for this exact problem so sorry if its a repost. Backtrace
with Dont Optimize is provided.
