Summary:                    AUDIOHOOK_INHERIT crash after sip attended transfer
Description: 
SIP/205 calls SIP/204
Before Dial I do Set(AUDIOHOOK_INHERIT(MixMonitor)=yes)
Then SIP/204 does transfer. He calls SIP/203, talks to him and transfers
(using SIP REFER). Then asterisk crashes. 
I should notice when SIP/204 calls SIP/203 there is also
Set(AUDIOHOOK_INHERIT(MixMonitor)=yes) because I use macro for dialing each
extension. If there is no Set(AUDIOHOOK_INHERIT(MixMonitor)=yes) the
everything is ok, no crash.
