Summary:                    Crash in operation
Description: 
A system running with queue crashed with the dump attached. Seems to be on
a login of an agent(1071). The f pointer is null when calling file_close.

the issue about valgrind, is that i'm unabl to reproduce this issue on a
test amachine, and prod can't work with valgrind.I will try again to
reproduce it
