Summary:                    Simplify h323 Make process
Description: 
Currently when building with chan_h323 support the build stops and advises
you to run make again to continue.  This seems unnecessary, so I have
patched the file channels/Makefile to not require the break int the build
process.  I have tested this on 1.6.0.7-rc2, 1.6.1.0-rc3, and
1.6.2.0-beta1.  Patches for each version are attached.
