Summary: Unknown IE 26 (Unknown Information Element)
Description:
In Spain I receive this message sometimes in each call.
It's supposed is any kind of AOC message as I could see in others bugs
reported here but I just install currently stable Libpri version and
continues happening.

It appears that IE 26 is interpreted in Belgium as "Charging advice" and is
a network-specific extension of the Q.931 standard. See
http://www.acacia-net.com/wwwcla/protocol/q931.htm

Given that we do not currently support AoC in Asterisk (see issue
http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=7494),
this is a moot point, and the IE can be safely ignored at this time.
However, even when AoC is supported, the issue is that we do not have the
necessary specifications to accurately decode this IE extension.
Therefore, it's unlikely we would support it, even when AoC is added.
