Summary: [patch] Support for generic HFC-4S cards
Description:
A patch to add some basic support of other HFC-4S -based PCI cards (such as
the ones made by Junghanns).

Status: gets rid of the echo canceller messages when not needed, but still
needs work.

Specifically:
* It adds too broad a range of cards (which also include bero.net cards)
* The range may include some 2-ports cards, which will probably not work.

Not yet tested to work, though it it is at least configured.

I reformatted the code according to checkpatch.pl's orders.

Along the way I reworked the LED code to be much simpler and readable.
Frankly I'm willing to commit this code even if the LEDs functionality does
not work properly assuming other things do work properly, as the card can
work even without the LEDs blinking along (albeit not nicely.

And now the code of the LEDs is more readable, and thus I hope it will be
simpler to fix it.

Could you please test wcb4xxp_extracards.diff and note in your followup
what card model(s) have you tested it with?
