Summary: [patch] Support for generic HFC-4S cards
Description:
A patch to add some basic support of other HFC-4S -based PCI cards (such as
the ones made by Junghanns).
Status: gets rid of the echo canceller messages when not needed, but still
needs work.
Specifically:
* It adds too broad a range of cards (which also include bero.net cards)
* The range may include some 2-ports cards, which will probably not work.
Not yet tested to work, though it it is at least configured.

Tzafrir: Hi!
What led function tries to do is getting a "bitmap" of leds status for
write them into card register. If you think it's better way initilize lled
before writing bitmap then there's no problem at all. It always write all
bitmap (8 leds) but it's a little dirty. Sorry for my "poor performance"
writing code, but this is not my main knowledge area. I try to do the best
I can, but my skills in this area are low.
I left has_ec enabled because I thought perhaps we could have in future
time more cards with Echo Cancelling hardware. Anyway we can "or" sections
where we could need them. All changes seem me fine.
Zhulizhong: You are trying to work in nt ptmp mode (not libpri supported
yet)
In NT ptp mode (bri_net) works fine. Change test environment from NT
point-to-multipoint to point to point. I'm looking at it because I need it
in a very strange (ASterisk as "man in the middle") environment I need to
set up. If I get any good status I'll make you know.
